Privacy and data protection
Confidentiality is not an added value: it is the foundation of our work.
This version is a translation provided for information purposes and is pending legal review. In case of discrepancy, the Catalan version prevails.
At CORPAND we treat the data and documents you entrust to us with the same rigour and discretion with which we handle every transaction. Your data is 100% confidential and private: we use it only for the specific purpose you request and never share it with third parties without your explicit consent. This page clearly explains how we collect, use, protect and retain your information.
Data controller
The controller of your personal data is [RAÓ SOCIAL] — CORPAND, with registered address at [PENDENT] and email info@corpand.ad. We process the data you provide through the website, the contact form, the forms on the pages for owners and for buyers, and the information you choose to share with us during a professional relationship.
What data we process
We process the contact data you provide (name, surname, email, phone and, where applicable, company or entity), the information you give us about your situation or your search through the forms, and the documentation or information you choose to share voluntarily if we begin a professional relationship. We apply the principle of minimisation: we only ask for what is necessary to assist you.
Purposes of processing
We use your data to: respond to your enquiries and requests; understand your situation and assess how we can support you; maintain contact and the professional relationship; comply with applicable legal obligations; and, if you consent separately, send you communications from CORPAND.
Legal bases
We process your data on the basis of: your consent; the application of pre-contractual measures requested by you; the performance of the contract or the service relationship; compliance with legal obligations; and CORPAND's legitimate interest in managing and improving the professional relationship, always in a proportionate manner.
Recipients
We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties for commercial purposes. Your data may be processed by technology providers acting as data processors (hosting, email, management tools). Where a specific transaction requires it, and with the appropriate legal basis, your data may be communicated to lawyers, tax advisers, auditors, financial institutions or notaries involved in the transaction. It may also be communicated to authorities where there is a legal obligation.
International transfers
Some technology providers may process data outside Andorra. In such cases, we ensure that the appropriate safeguards required by the applicable data protection regulations are in place (for example, countries with an adequate level of protection or contractual protection clauses).
Data retention
We retain your data for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected and, thereafter, for the periods required by applicable legal obligations. When it is no longer necessary, we securely delete or anonymise it.
Your rights
You may exercise the rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, as well as withdraw your consent at any time, without this affecting the lawfulness of the prior processing. To exercise them, write to us at info@corpand.ad indicating the right you wish to exercise. You may also lodge a complaint with the Andorran Data Protection Agency (APDA) if you consider that we have not properly handled your rights.
Consent and commercial communications
Consent to receive commercial communications is independent and voluntary: it is not necessary in order to contact us or to receive our services. You may withdraw it at any time. We record, in a minimised way, the date, the origin and the version of the policy accepted in order to evidence your consent.
Confidentiality and security
We treat your data and your documentation with the same rigour and discretion with which we manage every transaction. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it and share it only with those involved in your transaction, under duties of confidentiality.
Legal framework
This policy is governed by Law 29/2021 of 28 October, on the protection of personal data of the Principality of Andorra, and by the remaining applicable regulations, under the supervision of the Andorran Data Protection Agency (APDA).
Policy updates
We may update this policy to adapt it to regulatory or operational changes. The version in force is always the one published on this page.
For any questions about this policy or the processing of your data, you can contact us at info@corpand.ad.
